Our policy is to preserve the enjoyment of our guests. The Cutty Sark Motor Lodge is a family run and oriented motel. We have strict policies against excessive noise. We also have a strict no smoking policy in the rooms. Those who choose to ignore this policy will be subject to a $250 additional charge. In accordance with the Town of Dennis nuisance laws, there is to be no noise outside the rooms after 10pm. Pool is for registered guests only and NOT “guests of guests.”

Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $10 daily. Up to two children are free under the age of 10. Friday & Saturday nights are $10 extra. Single night reservations are subject to $10 surcharge. The above rates do not include state and local occupancy taxes.

DEPOSITS: The deposit to book is in the amount of the first night’s stay and is required by either credit card or personal check which must be received no later than 10 days from the date the reservation was made in order to confirm the reservation. Payment is due in full at time of check-in by either credit card or cash. No checks can be accepted at time of check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits will be refunded when 10 days notice is given. With less than 10 days notice, we will refund a deposit only after re-renting the room completely. There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows. All cancelled reservations will be charged a $20 processing fee regardless.
